LEVEL INDICATOR:

Rotary level control, one for each channel.

 

POWER INDICATOR:

Unit is turned ON when button is pushed.

 

SIGNAL INDICATOR:

Flashes to show audio output in each channel

 

CLIP INDICATOR:

Red LED, one per channel illuminates when the channel’s output Signal reaches the onset of audible clipping. 

 

PROTECTION INDICATOR: 

Illuminated when Amplifier goes into self-protection against destructive phenomena 

 

PARALLEL & BRIDGE MODE INDICATOR:

LED Illuminates when the amplifier is set to Bridge or Parallel mode

 

INPUT SENSITIVITY SWITCH:

Switch to adjust input sensitivity to 0.77V, 1.0V or 1.44V

 

COMPRESSOR SWITCH:

Switch to activate input signal compressor

 

GROUND LIFT SWITCH:

Switch up to disconnect the chassis from ground if necessary to eliminate hum caused by ground loops

 

MODE SELECTOR SWITCH:

Three-positioned switch. “Stereo” operates the amplifier as two independent channels. “Bridged” bridges the two output channels for twice the output voltage. “Parallel” is used for two or more amplifiers operating in-phase into a common load.

 

INPUT CONNECTORS:

XLR Active Balanced and ¼” TRS Balanced and Unbalanced per channel

 

OUTPUT CONNECTORS:

High Current Binding Posts (Bridge Mode) and Speakon type connectors per channel

 

CIRCUIT BREAKER:

Resets Circuit Breaker that protects your power supply.

 

PROTECTION:

All PCS amplifiers are protected against Shorted, open or mismatched loads; overloaded power supplies; excessive temperature; Subsonic and Ultra Sonic phenomena; they also protect loudspeakers from input/output DC transients and Soft Starts.

Internal Heat Sinks and 2 variable two speed fans combine for rapid heat dissipation.
